Breakfast area was clean and well displayed with full trays. everything tasted fresh and delicious. Rooms are spacious and complete with all a guest would need. Bed was very comfortable and very super clean that my wife and I slept all night without getting up for anything else

The location of the hotel was easily accessible. The young lady at the desk during check in was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet in and around the hotel. There were places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again when in the Jacksonville area.

It was very convenient that breakfast started early but also that it ended at 10a.m. very nice to be able to sleep in and also to enjoy breakfast! oh and also enough time to pack up and check out by 11 a.m. It was very enjoyable staying here. Thank you

The beds are so comfortable and clean, the front deak clerk Jasmine was efficient very professional and a delight. Our bill did seem off , we booked at 172.00 plus tax however i had 232.00 fro. My account, please check into this. I turned my keys in at 7:45 AM, if you could please check in to that. I was not given a statement when I turned in the key we truly love the Hampton and look forward to a stay soon in the future, for TAMPA, JECKELL ISLAND Ga Tallahassee, and Jacksonville two times as well as Tennesee. I appreviate your help Thank You Debra Schultz

The room was spacious and clean and bathroom was immaculate we love the walk in shower. We liked to slide door to the bathroom as well.

I had clergy leaders come into town from all over the United States. The reception and customer service was great.

Convenient location. Negative was entrance & exit from the property because if your didn’t watch closely, it was easy to pass up.
